Refund & Returns Policy – Vogsix

At Vogsix, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or stained

We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of style, or size issues (unless the received size is different from what you selected).

2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

Any request made after 5 days cannot be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or wear
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and sent back.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the item is wrong or damaged, Vogsix will arrange the pickup and cover the courier charge.
  • If the item does NOT fall under wrong/damaged category, it is not eligible for return.

5. Refund Method (Store Credit Only)

Vogsix does not offer cash refunds.

All approved returns are refunded through Store Credit, which works like a digital balance you can use on your next purchase.

What is Store Credit?

  • A unique code issued equal to the product value
  • Can be used on any future purchase on Vogsix
  • Valid for 60 days
  • Works like a discount code during checkout

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Store Credit Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your Store Credit will be issued within:

  • 24–48 hours
  • Sent to your provided email or WhatsApp

7. Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • We will arrange free pickup
  • Your Store Credit will be issued after verification
  • You may use it anytime within validity

8. Refund Amount Issues

If your Store Credit amount seems incorrect, please contact our customer support. We will review and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Vogsix reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are requested after the 5-day window
  • Are not in original condition
  • Do not meet our return criteria

9. Are Shipping Charges Refundable?

No. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, even if you return the entire order.
